I like Band of Horses, Vampire Weekend or Death Cab for Cutie for the next round. I could stand to hear Snow Patrol & Muse again, too.

How about having a DJ with the claw as a light show?

How about Daft Punk?  ;D

I'd love to see Idlewild get the opening slot. In a perfect fantasy world, the North American dates would all be opened by a reunited Soundgarden (rumors are flying about a short tour sometime in 2010), but most likely any Soundgarden tour would be over before U2's 2010 tour even begins, seeing as Matt Cameron is in Pearl Jam full-time and they'll probably be on the road all next summer.

I would have to go with Arcade Fire. They opened for U2 here in Montreal on the Vertigo tour and rocked the Bell Center! However, Muse would be very cool as well.

Wolfmother.  Loved them when they were at a benefit in the San Francisco Bay Area (Bridge School Benefit 10/09).
