2013 seems so sci-fi sounding. Wonder what U2 has in mind for that year?

U2 play indoors? You'll just have to get used to stadiums, like the rest of the world has.

I bet we see another outdoor tour.  And then, people will get annoyed with U2 being so huge.  And then they'll do an indoor tour to show they can be more intimate.  And so on.  It's a cycle.

Pink Floyd ended a stadium mega tour in 1994 with a 15 date residency at Earls Court, London and my hope is U2 will end this tour with a similar residency at the O2 in London with a stripped down stage without the claw.

I think the costs of touring may dictate that only stadiums can be used. I read somewhere that the Claw and tour production cost a fortune every day whether they're performing or not.

There wont be an indoor leg for previoulsy mentioned financial reasons.  The closest we will get to an indoor leg will be stadiums like the Georgia Dome or the Superdome if a New Orleans show is added

Agreed; this is more analogous to PopMart than ZooTV or JT.
