Title: M2's review
Post by: exit89 on September 11, 2014, 04:18:58 AM
M2,

are we going to have to wait a WHOLE MONTH before we hear your thoughts on the new album in your OTR?

Always enjoy reading your well written, thought provoking articles... maybe you could make a special exception this month and write an extra piece on your thoughts about how the past five years have gone down!

And actually have a genuine, sophisticated recount of his experiences with the album as opposed to knee-jerk idealisation or disappointment? I sure hope so.

M2 you know you want too, or alternatively we could start a new thread criticising you for the slow response to put anything up on @U2.....it's been about 36 hours already!!

Hehehehe ... why does my opinion matter? Sheesh. You guys are killing me.

We'll do our group/staff album review like we normally do, but I want the album to sink in a little longer because this release was so unexpected and the risk is that we praise the album because we love how it was released more than how it sounds.

(But I'll probably skip the group/staff review this time. We have way more staffers now and I want their opinions heard/seen.)

PS for ehtaerb -- what's the "emoji6" thing at the end of your post? Did you do something wrong, or do we have a bug in the forum that needs fixing?

Don't be so humble, m2, you are our fearless leader, of course we want to hear your opinion. And I've seen that emoji# thing more than once lately.

It tends to happen when an emoticon is used via tapatalk that doesn't correspond to a website one.

Ahhhh, thanks. Had no idea. Wonder if it's fixable.
