do you think there  is a possibility of a major setlist change around the Joshua tree tracks ? I was thinking they could've opened with Indian Summer Sky, A celebration, Seconds and The Refugee- then do the Joshua Tree . The post Joshua tree set could be shaken up to,,,how about deep cuts from the 90's and OO's such as Acrobat, If you wear that velvet dress, Dirty day, Some days better than others....etc

I think the setlist is a bit all over the place,,,im sure the band must get tired of cranking out streets for the gazillonth time. If they are all about nostalgia on this tour, they should be focusing on the deep cuts, the hidden gems,. Unlikely to ever happen but one must have his say.

I'm sorry, but you're dreaming if you think they're going to do just deep cuts either side. An extra one here or there would be cool (never gonna say no to Acrobat) but there's no chance on earth they're going to do all of those instead of SBS, Pride, Bad etc

I don't think it will change at all. The tour is too small. A lot of people, Bono included, wondering how the Joshua tree will go down in London and Europe? I don't get that..it was very well received in the UK no? And at least half of the album has nothing to do with America?

I just don't see any need to change anything to suit the European market.

Cboice words from Adam's thoughts towards Bono at this time.  ;D

Though I'm sure they've all tolerated much worse from each other.

They they perform the huggy bit during "One" even after Bono split the secret?  :D

Yeah but he isn't like us. $$$$. I think Bono said it before Trip. They also did 'The Streets post' on the Tree stage before going back to the Red screen to do it again. Special moment tonight with Noel sounding awesome but was when Edge's cousin was honoured during UV. I have slagged that portion of the show on this forum for it's misandry but it was touching.

Well Twickenham made a right embarrassing mess of Red Zone tonight. It didn't directly affect me but I was on the GA rail bordering it.  Several people got in there without Red passes / bands. Some may have been trying it on but some were genuinely let in by staff and thought they were okay to be there - maybe they didn't know what that section meant? Anyway Crowd Management were sent around first of all and tried the soft approach, telling them could they please leave. They refused and I assumed they came to some compromise due to their error (and the RZ area being huge for the amount of bodies actually there anyway). A good 15-20 mins pass and Noel starts his set. Crowd Management then return, beefed up and checking everyone. The people without passes are again told to go and are escorted out, one had to be dragged out after things got physical. I then watched other physical confrontations and arguments raging at the RZ entrance for what seemed like the entirety of Noel's set.

How difficult was it to man the RZ gates and know what to look for? Hope they have it sussed tomorrow.

Bob Geldof there as well (according to Bono anyway) - enjoyed tonight, anyone else think Noel seemed a lot more erm, 'energised' singing Don't Look Back In Anger than he did at any point in the support slot?

Why'd they choose to play Dont Look Back In Anger, of all Oasis songs, when Noel already played it to end his own set? I think that the idea of collaboration is cool; but, it just seems like a wasted opportunity to have the same song played twice in the same night.

It became a symbolic song from the Manchester bombing. But personally don't think it should have been done twice.

Noel must have come on at half 6 but maybe someone else has that more accurate. The daylight issue really wasn't as bad as I feared. Not ideal but Streets still looked impressive. The main thing was the sun had dipped behind the stadium so although daylight, it was at least comfortable daylight and rapidly fading. The few hours before that had been quite uncomfortable for those of us not so good with heat though. There was very welcome cloud cover as we neared U2's set.

Multiple times over the last two nights Bono told Willie to turn off the spot lights in attempt to create 'The milky way'. Most times it didn't materialize. There was also a unique moment tonight when all lights were off on stage and it was black during One. You could just see the kit and this big noise was happening. It was an unforgettable moment that I can't remember happening at any earlier shows.

They are the most incredible band and truly one of a kind. Will post show reviews tomorrow. Atmosphere was incredible for both evenings. I have to say best shows so far this tour!

I was curious about The Women of Iceland. Did they do a coup or something?
They protested not earning the same earnings as men doing the same jobs they were working.

The whole bit was / is about women using their power, influence, themselves to make the world a better place for everyone. Doesn't matter if *you* know who they are or not.

I remember some Iceland video where they took over power which is illegal I might add. At least in a democracy.

So, can anyone confirm if the visuals for the European leg have stayed the same as the American one?  Are they still using the Morleigh clip for TTYW?
No changes as far as I'm aware.

I thought the sound at the concert was really bad, Ive seen them many times and thought this was the worst.  I couldn't hear what Bono was saying sometimes when he talked between songs and when I heard the song the Waterboys, the whole of the moon, before U2 came on it sound not very clear like the sound engineers had it all wrong and my worst fears become true as the concert went began. I was sat in mid tier near the stage.  The SOE concert I saw in 2015 the sound and Bonos voice was excellent  Did anyone else had the same complaint :'(

They went shopping and started a party food revolution with the help of several large freezers.

Yes, Bono's voice was muffled in between songs when they were on the B-stage.  I could hear better when they were on the mainstage.  That said, I mistook Noel's dedication of 'Don't Look Back In Anger' to 'London Town' and not 'Grenfell Tower' as I really struggled to hear what he was saying up on that stage, so assumed he said "Manchester" (correct) and "London" (not strictly correct).  I was in the first 15 or so rows back from the B-stage, toward the RZ.

Ah, Bennet. Good band, they were.  Saw them twice and remember them playing 'Mum Has Gone to Iceland', have it on a compilation CD somewhere.

Yeah completely agree... the sound was terrible where we were (block L9).  It was my first concert at Twickeham as I saw the Vertigo tour at Cardiff so I don't have anything to compare it to.  It was hard to make out what Bono was saying most of the time and the sound was very muddy.

Saw them around 1995-1996 time and the hit was out around 1996 or 1997.  Then they disappeared.
